When I was looking for a carpet cleaner company, a friend of mine referred Premium Clean, she was absolutely right about them.
Our technician was Kiril and he did a great job, it was only cleaning itself but before he brought cleaning materials and machines from his van, he came and examined the carpets, explained to me in details what he should use to not damage my natural dyed rugs, the temperature of the water he would use, drying time etc. He didn’t even left me any questions.
Great service with very knowledgeable and helpful people.
I highly recommend.

I have a few pets in my home and the couch hadn’t looked or smelled great in a while. I called for a quote and they were kind enough to set up an appointment for the next day. Their crew came in on time and were quite friendly. They cleaned my upholstery within an hour and left it smelling better and cleaner.

A great and easy experience from start to finish. Nick arrived on time and was happy to tackle our soiled and badly stained sofa. He said he would do his best and has far exceeded our expectations. Our 12 year old sofa looks almost new, and our carpet/rugs look fantastic. I will definitely be using them again in the future!!

Nick worked effectively and efficiently to steam clean our sofa, love seat and two wing chairs. He also cleaned a set of carpeted stairs. The results were excellent. Needed my carpets cleaned in a hurry as we were putting our house on the market. Premium Clean was able to fit an appointment in quickly. Nick came and cleaned the carpet runner and the carpet in the basement. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The carpets looked brand new and he even left me some shoe protectors to walk on the carpet after it was still wet. I contacted Premium Clean on Tuesday and by Thursday Nick came out to my home. He was courteous and professional and after some preliminary questions and conversation he got right to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and I could see my sofas actually getting cleaner as I watched him work. He was in my home for approximately two and a half hours and when he left everything was meticulously tidy. I truly appreciate the work that he did.

Nick was an excellent technician, he was pleasant, professional and friendly and explained in detail every step he would be taking to ensure a proper job on our living set which was quite soiled. He identified immediately the material and how best to perform the cleaning, and finished the job in a timely manner. The set is now looking like new again.

They did an absolutely fantastic job and had it ready for us to move in. Today, we had new age carpet & Upholstery cleaning, come and clean our area rugs, and several sofas and arm chairs, the technician that arrived, was on time and very polite, he explained his process & also provided other information for maintaining our fabric, before starting he protected the area with drop sheets, then got to work. Results were out of this world!!!! Everything looks New again, I recommend this company to everyone.

Timi was fantastic. She came promptly and worked hard for several hours. I’m very happy with the results.My only comment would be that the mop head used wasn’t the newest so even once she mopped it left some residue behind. It was easy enough to take a hoover to clean it up but a new mop head would have been appreciated. Otherwise, no issues at all.

I have a few pets in my home and the couch hadn’t looked or smelled great in a while. I called for a quote and they were kind enough to set up an appointment for the next day. A great and easy experience from start to finish. Nick arrived on time and was happy to tackle our soiled and badly stained sofa. He said he would do his best and has far exceeded our expectations. Needed my carpets cleaned in a hurry as we were putting our house on the market. Premium Clean was able to fit an appointment in quickly. I contacted Premium Clean on Tuesday and by Thursday Nick came out to my home. He was courteous and professional and after some preliminary questions and conversation he got right to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and I could see my sofas actually getting cleaner as I watched him work. He was in my home for approximately two and a half hours and when he left everything was meticulously tidy. I truly appreciate the work that he did.

Today, we had new age carpet & Upholstery cleaning, come and clean our area rugs, and several sofas and arm chairs, the technician that arrived, was on time and very polite, he explained his process & also provided other information for maintaining our fabric, before starting he protected the area with drop sheets, then got to work. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!
I spent over an hour trying get an explanation and someone to come and clean the house. They did not return my calls and then I asked the Superviser to call. They didn’t call either. THEN THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD for the Clean they never did. Took me over a week to get a refund! Extremely unprofessional.

book this company for a specific service, after builders cleaning and we paid accordingly for a deep cleaning of the house (£265)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open
and those are just a few pictures…

I used Premium`s Clean service for a Carpet Cleaning and it was excellent!
I called Premium Clean in London and asked for their dry carpet cleaning.
At first I was not sure if I wanted their service, but after they performed their job, I was stunned.
It took around 2 hours to clean out the carpets in the flat. It was such a pleasure to come home after them has visited. It feels like I have a completely new rugs.
I Recommend it to everyone!!!!
