Timi was fantastic. She came promptly and worked hard for several hours. I’m very happy with the results.My only comment would be that the mop head used wasn’t the newest so even once she mopped it left some residue behind. It was easy enough to take a hoover to clean it up but a new mop head would have been appreciated. Otherwise, no issues at all.

I have a few pets in my home and the couch hadn’t looked or smelled great in a while. I called for a quote and they were kind enough to set up an appointment for the next day. I contacted Premium Clean on Tuesday and by Thursday Nick came out to my home. He was courteous and professional and after some preliminary questions and conversation he got right to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and I could see my sofas actually getting cleaner as I watched him work. He was in my home for approximately two and a half hours and when he left everything was meticulously tidy. I truly appreciate the work that he did.

Nick did an excellent job on my chairs. He took the trouble to move them away from my expensive wool carpet. He is quiet and efficient, and a hard worker with many years experience in this business.
Nick explained to me the best ways to spot clean, and also told me about cleaning services offered by the company for area rugs.

Nick was terrific. Even better than the last specialist that came out. I would definitely ask for Nick on the time I need carpet cleaning done. In my opinion, Premium Clean is the best carpet cleaning service in the city.

Had the runners on my stairs and my couch cleaned by these guys. They did a great job, were friendly and highly professional. They were able to clean issues with my carpet that I couldn’t do on my own with a rented carpet shampooer. Will definitely be calling on these guys again down the road!

We used Premium Cleaning Service for the first time and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. We got our area rugs, mattresses, upholstery and carpet cleaned. Nick was the service technician who cleaned our place and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend this company and Nick.

We are very pleased with the customer service and cleaning results from Premium clean. Nick & Jareen arrived on time and got straight to work on our townhouse stairs and two bedrooms. They were both very friendly and efficient. Now our carpets look & smell great! We will definitely be calling Premier Clean again.

Nick was an excellent technician, he was pleasant, professional and friendly and explained in detail every step he would be taking to ensure a proper job on our living set which was quite soiled. He identified immediately the material and how best to perform the cleaning, and finished the job in a timely manner. The set is now looking like new again.

Staff are polite, dedicated and efficient. They come on time, the deep cleaning, window sills and deep corners were left in order. Garbage was taking out. Deep carpet cleaning was also efficient.

We had Premium Cleaning in for a post-reno, pre-move in clean in a very dusty and what had been a home seriously in need of cleaning. They did an absolutely fantastic job and had it ready for us to move in. Their communication was great, they were able to accommodate a last minute booking, they took less time than every other service quoted us and at a better price than all others quoted. We will very happily use their service again and would highly recommend them.

Today, we had new age carpet & Upholstery cleaning, come and clean our area rugs, and several sofas and arm chairs, the technician that arrived, was on time and very polite, he explained his process & also provided other information for maintaining our fabric, before starting he protected the area with drop sheets, then got to work. Results were out of this world!!!! Everything looks New again, I recommend this company to everyone.

Booked this company for my carpet and sofa clean after my tenant terms finished.
Nick came on time and did a fantastic job, all the stains came out completely.
They using very big and professional machines, everything looks on a higher standard.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. They changed the time of the clean without informing me and then I saw a text later that said they were coming 3 hours later. I had painters waiting until they had left to finish skirting boards etc. The painters had to go home and come back the next day. Cost me more money. HOWEVER Premium Clean NEVER TURNED UP at all!!!
I spent over an hour trying get an explanation and someone to come and clean the house. They did not return my calls and then I asked the Superviser to call. They didn’t call either. THEN THEY CHARGED MY MASTERCARD for the Clean they never did. Took me over a week to get a refund! Extremely unprofessional.

book this company for a specific service, after builders cleaning and we paid accordingly for a deep cleaning of the house (£265)
unfortunately the level of service was extremely poor and the property was left with dust and stains all over the rooms.
In addition to that, the cleaners didn’t follow the basic cov19 roles and they didn’t wear any masks even when they were not cleaning and in the same room as me (I’m 8 months pregnant). When we asked for them to wear the masks they pretend not to listen or we were told to leave the property empty
Windows are full of stains and dust so the area close to the window handle is dirty (it doesn’t seem it was even touched)
the electrical switches is full of dust
the floor still have the stains that were there before the cleaning team came
the freezer was not even open
and those are just a few pictures…

I tried to speak with the cleaners but nothing so I called the office to raise my concern and I was told I should not be in my house or I should stay in a room to wait for them to finish. They ensured me that the rooms would have been cleaned and I would have time to run through the rooms with the cleaners to speak about the service.
With my surprise when the cleaners finished, they left the house without saying anything, however one of them had to come back to the house as she left her scarf.
I took the opportunity to speak with the cleaner telling her I was not happy with the service, but she didn’t care and said it was clean for her
